  • Our lead time is generally no longer than 2 -3 days on ALL orders.

WEBB - PREST

Webb-Prest rack is a type of pallet rack that has the post on the upright welded backwards. The face of the post is facing inwards towards the bracing. It is often referred to as "Webb Rack" or "Prest Rack".

PENCO

Penco pallet racking have a 3 prong beam connection. Recessed beam locking keys are an integral part of beam assembly. The beams are vertically adjustable in 3” increments.

PALTIER

Paltier pallet racking has wedge-type locking action which secures the arm to the  upright.The beams are vertically adjustable in 2” increments.

TEARDROP

​Teardrop pallet racking is the most common style of racking on the market.  It is commonly referred to as "Old Style" and is on 2" centers.

SPEED RACK

Speed Rack beams are unique in that they use both a handle clip and a J hook locking pin. This offers additional safety by preventing the beam from becoming detached from the upright in error. This tough horizontal component attaches to vertical components using a clip and pin style connection in order to provide additional bay support and assure pallets, products and other materials remain safely stored at all times

KEYSTONE

Keystone is often referred to as "Republic" Pallet Rack. Is has one hole in the center of the upright post that both beams connect in. It is a very simple and effective design that is easy to install and works well.

T BOLT

T-Bolt pallet rack is a common type of used racking. The beam connects to the upright with a tab and one T-Bolt in each beam clip. It is a great safety feature that keeps the beam from ever becoming dislodged.

HUSKY

Husky Pallet Rack is superior in quality, cost effective, and synonymous with high quality in the pallet rack industry for more than 49 years. This tough horizontal component attaches to vertical components using a Husky style connection in order to provide additional bay support and assure pallets, products and other materials remain safely stored at all times.

INTERLAKE

Interlake Pallet Racking is a common style of rack that is also referred to as "New style teardrop racking".

RIDGE - U - RAK

Ridge - U Rak is a popular style of rack manufactured in PA. It is heavy duty and is a sturdy racking option.

STURDI - BILT

Sturdi-Bilt pallet rack consist of a "wedge lock pin" locking mechanism. The beam is set in place and the wedge clip is inserted from behind. It is very common and quality style of pallet rack.

STRUCTURAL

Another very popular style of pallet racking commonly used in seismic locations. An advantage to structural pallet racking is that it is very impact resistant and tends to have heavier capacities than other styles of the same dimensions.

WEIGHT CAPACITIES

These capacities are based on teardrop beams. Each Style has a different capacity, please call us if you have questions on your racking capacity.

PALLET RACK SURPLUS BUYERS GUIDE

To determine the size pallet racks you need you should first determine:

  1. The weight of the product you are storing.

  2. The dimensions of the product you are storing.

  3. If your products are going to be stored on pallets.

Once you have the size of your product determined, measure the space you are going to put your pallet racking in:

  1. How tall are your ceilings, or how tall are you wanting your racking.

  2. How deep do you want your racking to be?

  3. How long do you want your bays to be?

  4. How many levels do you want per bay?

Once everything is measured, determine all of your measurements and the quantity of everything you need.
